You may maintain multiple accounts, but each account must comply independently with these Terms.

4. Credits System

4.1 Service Credits

Our Services operate on a credits-based system. You must purchase credits to use our Services.

4.2 Credit Terms

Credits do not expire
Credits are non-transferable between accounts
Credits can be used for server deployment and other panel services
Credit purchase amounts and pricing are displayed in the panel
Used credits are generally non-refundable, though refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Service Usage

5.1 Resource Allocation

Server resources are allocated based on your purchased plan
Resource limits are displayed in the panel
You may not exceed your allocated resources
Servers will be suspended if insufficient credits are available for renewal

5.2 Suspended Services

Services will be suspended if your credit balance is insufficient
Suspended servers will be periodically deleted after suspension
Warning notifications will be displayed in the panel before deletion
You are responsible for maintaining sufficient credits to prevent service interruption

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for:

Illegal activities
Cryptocurrency mining
Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material
Network abuse or attacks
Any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
Any activity that places excessive burden on our infrastructure
Any attempt to circumvent service limitations or account restrictions

6. Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to your servers. You are solely responsible for:

The content you upload
Backing up your data
Ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws
Managing plugins and modifications

You may install plugins and modifications provided they:

Do not interfere with our Services

Upon termination:

Access to Services will cease
Servers will be suspended and eventually deleted
Any unused credits may be forfeited
You remain liable for any outstanding obligations
